Responsibility
- we are seeking ambitious and self-motivated Commission based Car Sales Executives to join our high-performing sales team
- greet and engage customers, providing them with a positive and memorable experience throughout their car-buying journey
- as a commission-based sales executive, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income based on your sales performance
- conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' preferences, budget, and requirements
- showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits
- provide accurate and detailed information about vehicle specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranties
- conduct test drives and ensure customers have a comprehensive understanding of the vehicle's performance
- negotiate sales deals, including trade-in valuations, pricing, and financing terms, while maintaining profitability for the dealership
Requirements
- good basic knowledge of the cars brands and their models
- full U.K Driving license with no more than 3 penalty points
- commuting distance of no more than 1hr
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
- excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals effectively
- sound knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends
- results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and a customer-centric approach
