Requirements
- previous experience in bookkeeping or an accounts assistant/admin role is preferred
- experience of using Xero accouting software is preffered
- strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- very good time management, able to prioritise and perform to tight deadlines
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Efficient communicator to management and a good team player
- ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibility
- perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing
- chasing debtors for late payments
