Responsibility

  • day-to-day management of planning drawings and liaising with local authorities
  • liaising with clients, contractors and associates regarding progress and issues
  • developing design concepts and establishing final briefs, considering materials and costs according to set budgets
  • communicate with Contractors and Clients
  • assisting with the production of feasibility reports, specifications, presentations, reports, applications for planning, tenders and other documents as required

Requirements

  • previous work experience in architecture practices
  • ability to present your drawings internally
  • A Degree in Architecture
  • ideally, live in West London area within 30-40 minutes travelling time of the Office
  • basic knowledge of CAD software packages . Able to produce “.dwg” drawings suitable for planning permission. Preparing drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes using computer-aided design software
  • autoCAD: 2 years
