Requirements
proven track record of success in sales, preferably across different industries or related fields
strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities, set goals, and develop effective sales strategies for diverse sectors
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and negotiate effectively
strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, while also thriving in a team environment
knowledge and passion for lighting products and trends across various industries
familiarity with LED lighting technology and its applications in different sectors is a plus
ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
valid driver's license
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Responsibility
conduct market research to identify target segments, understand customer needs and preferences, and determine key competitors within each industry
analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and recommend improvements
set ambitious sales targets and create action plans to achieve them, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
identify and pursue new business opportunities, including distributors, retailers, and online platforms within each industry
build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand our customer base, and increase market share across different industries
negotiate and close sales agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility, establish strong professional networks, and gather market intelligence
