  • strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities, set goals, and develop effective sales strategies for diverse sectors
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and negotiate effectively
  • strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, while also thriving in a team environment
  • knowledge and passion for lighting products and trends across various industries
  • familiarity with LED lighting technology and its applications in different sectors is a plus
  • ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • valid driver's license

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Responsibility

  • conduct market research to identify target segments, understand customer needs and preferences, and determine key competitors within each industry
  • analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and recommend improvements
  • set ambitious sales targets and create action plans to achieve them, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities, including distributors, retailers, and online platforms within each industry
  • build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand our customer base, and increase market share across different industries
  • negotiate and close sales agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
  • attend trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility, establish strong professional networks, and gather market intelligence
