Responsibility
develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and suppliers, taking ownership of all matters related to client/supplier accounts
provide clients with accurate, timely, and effective data and information to support ongoing business relationships
liaise with suppliers and clients to gather relevant information to progress issues and queries
collate and submit data to suppliers for timely and accurate reporting/billing, working closely with suppliers to resolve queries and issues promptly and communicate outcomes effectively
collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery to clients, identifying opportunities for improvement, sharing best practices, and maintaining client records within company systems
reporting to, and requesting information from clients
Requirements
strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate data in a timely manner
effective communication skills
ability to manage multiple accounts and activities, prioritise tasks to meet clients' and suppliers' needs
A high standard of literacy and numeracy
flexible approach and willingness to assist other team members
