Responsibility
- contribute to the creative design direction with construction and technical knowledge transforming the concept design into detailed design
- responsible for the day to day running of projects/elements of projects within the parameters agreed by the Director
- producing detailed technical drawings
- uses imagery, sketches and models to communicate and present ideas
- dealing with changes that might come up during the project
- assists with creating and delivering project concepts and designs
- source products, e.g., fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, decoration, fabrics, and dressing
- coordinates with suppliers as required
Requirements
- approx 1-2 years’ experience in an interior design role
- interior Design degree level qualification
- educated to degree-level or equivalent qualification in Interior Design, or similar
- proficient in Sketchup and either Lumion or En-Scape is a must
- experience in high standard interior projects, preferably in residential industry
- an eye for sketching would be advantageous
- highly organised with a flair for design and creativity
- autoCAD and Sketchup proficiency
