Requirements
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in building/general maintenance and repair work
- building management
- experience of Planned preventative maintenance for building compliance
- basic maintenance skills in a variety of disciplines
- familiarity with Fire and Health and Safety procedures
- ability to use relevant tools and equipment
- IT skills
Responsibility
- assist in stock ordering, control and management of maintenance spares and consumables
- to attend training as and when required to do so
- complete regular Health and Safety checks and rectify problems as required
- perform any other duties consistent with the nature and responsibilities of the position
- assess jobs and any that require an external contractor should be promptly escalated to the Facilities Manager
- evaluate fabric of building, assets conditions and raise any concerns to Group Facilities Manager
