Responsibility
- the position is a key role to support the business in project delivery and the growth of the landscape architecture team
- this will include leading, project managing and delivering multidisciplinary landscape architecture led design projects and maintaining quality standards
- A creative focus with excellent design and delivery experience alongside strong project management and communication skills
- A key member of the team, promoting business vision, values and culture
- managing, developing and supporting a team of Landscape Architects
- demonstrating strong organisational and job running ability
- working under your own initiative or within a multidisciplinary team environment on individual project tasks, employing good organisational skills
- lead and promote design reviews through a consistent quality driven approach
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- minimum 5 years post qualification experience
- experience in EIA and LVIA projects utilising GLVIA and other current guidance an advantage
- A creative and talented designer
- chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
- demonstrable experience in leading projects and coordinating a team effort
- experience in undertaking detailed design and delivery of projects
- strong CAD and graphic capability
- aspirations to work on innovative schemes
