Responsibility
- to undertake complex projects, manage and lead a team
- to prepare, manage and review project documents including drawings and specifications
- to assist in the development of design ideas initiated through discussion and sketches by the project team
- to liaise directly with Clients and represent Urban Edge in Public forum
- be able to manage a team working in both REVIT & CAD
- to prepare and monitor project programming and costing parameters
- to undertake complex projects, manage and lead a team to oversee the delivery of these Industrial and Logistics or Later living/residential projects
Requirements
- have a minimum of 5 years post graduate practical experience in the UK
- have a minimum of 5 years local post graduate practical experience
- fluency in REVIT and AutoCAD
- highly organised
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- efficient and effective with both time and resources
- great eye for detail
- revit: 5 years
