Zero stars, as they just lie to your face, don't honour any warranty work that needs addressing (leaking roof) and wouldn't trust them under any circumstances. Avoid this company like the plague

That sounds frustrating! Did they provide any reasons for not honoring the warranty on the leaking roof? Have you tried reaching out to a consumer protection agency?
