Responsibility
- we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Front Desk Executive to join our team
- this role requires a high level of organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a positive patient experience
- follow up promptly with leads through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to gather relevant information and qualify their needs
- the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing leads generated from various sources, converting them into appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- lead Management: Monitor and manage leads received through social media, calls, emails, and paid advertising platforms
- schedule and manage patient appointments in an organised and efficient manner and effectively manage the clinical appointment diary to maximize utilization and minimize gaps
- appointment Conversion: Employ effective persuasion techniques to convert leads into confirmed appointments
- relationship Building: Establish rapport with patients to understand their stated and un-stated needs, fostering trust and loyalty
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience in sales and customer service, or a related field
- proficiency in using CRM and appointment scheduling software
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of aesthetic clinical terminology
- ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing circumstances
