Requirements

  • day to day financial processing, including but not limited too; processing purchase invoices, creating sales invoices, reconciling, projection analysis
  • working with an external payroll provider
  • producing cashflow analysis monthly, liaising with suppliers to ensure effective and efficient management of liabilities
  • supporting the preparation of funding requests and formal tenders as well as providing reporting to existing funders
  • being responsible for the asset register for IT and phones; noting requirements for purchases, renewals, or upgrades
