Responsibility
- prospecting and chasing new opportunities using your local Real Estate knowledge and network of contacts
- strengthening the company's public image and contacts; and highlighting the advantages of a partnership with Upperkey
- establishing and maintaining a network of local agents and broker partners to ensure the continued arrival of new contracts
- managing the team in your city and representing a key person to follow
- promoting and selling Upperkey to owners, property developers and the most important investment funds of London to acquire as many contracts as possible
- characterizing, negotiating and pricing new potential contracts; getting them signed by insisting on the commercial terms, the reactivity of the owners, the cleanliness and the maintenance of the apartment; and finally following them over the long term to ensure their proper functioning
- being in charge of the relationships with strategic, demanding and significant clients and accounts; building strong relationships with them including transaction structuring, ongoing communication and lease compliance
Requirements
- you are recognized and well established in the London market thanks to your powerful address book
- you are familiar with local public policies, rental regulations and current law related
- you are a strong passionate commercial Real Estate, an outstanding Salesman and a high-quality team Manager
- you know how to adapt to your interlocutor by using simple words to explain complex transactions
- you are autonomous, you like responsibilities and you want to surpass yourself in a new challenge
- you can analyse Real Estate quickly from a strategic point of view
- you are Senior in commercial Real Estate, but also Acquisition and Development, with several years of experience and several successes in the Sale of Real Estate
- you have an MBA and a small experience or knowledge in Retail, Hospitality or Interior Design
