Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- are you driven, determined, and passionate and able to handle whatever challenges the day throws at you
- communicate with the YP&A, parents/carers, colleagues, and other professionals in a professional manner
- communicate with YP&A using a variety of individual methods including PECs, visual aids, sign language and technology
- administering medication when needed, full training will be provided
- to co-ordinate the preparation for daily activities, ensuring resources are ready and clean and tidy after use
- be a role model and mentor to junior members of staff
- support YP&A with personal and intimate care, whilst upholding and promoting dignity and privacy
- undertake additional training to suit the role
Requirements
