Responsibility
design and deliver content marketing strategies aligned with global marcom objectives
write, edit, proofread, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality content, also optimising content considering SEO
work closely with stakeholders to understand feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
develop and manage relationships and budgets with agencies
develop, implement and manage strategic communications plans for global portfolio leads and strategic projects, including Herbicides, Insecticides, Fungicides, Seed Applied Technology, Strategic Alliances and Gigaton Carbon Goal
carry-out any other duties as required by line manager
coordinate and support our Reimagining Sustainability efforts and develop a global communication framework to ensure we drive and share impactful, consistent messaging and stories to enhance our brand
create and own the audit and feedback loops with the global and regional marcom teams who create client-facing copy enabling them to uphold tone of voice and brand standards
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
significant experience creating strategic communication plans
proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills
creative thinker with proven campaign experience
strong agriculture background, able to comprehend and interpret data
organized and well-planned, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
flexible 'can-do' attitude needed to thrive in a rapidly growing company
analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly – and distil the most important information to inform unique and innovative new content and creation ideas
