Requirements
- understanding of safeguarding in relation to children and young people
- essential
- experience of working with children and young people from a range of backgrounds and with sensitivity to different cultures and varying English language skills
- strong communication skills , with excellent written and spoken English, and an ability to communicate with children, young people, and parents, some of whom may have limited English
