Responsibility
analyze European market products and operations, develop product pricing strategy system and correspond sales quotation scheme
sort out and optimize sales business processes, guide, supervise and assess the implementation of sales strategies and sales plans
ability to establish and manage a team
develop corresponding billing, business opportunity and contract management rules based on sales billing verification analysis, control and optimize the debt collection process to reduce uncollected debts and facilitate receivables recovery
develop business operation indicators and the corresponding measurement system to provide support for the company based on strategic planning to develop marketing and sales strategies
in-depth understanding of the business, participate in the management team's monthly, quarterly and annual target setting and major strategy formulation, and lead the communication and implementation of targets and strategies
pay attention to the trends of competing products and development trends of mobility market, complete research and analysis, adjust the operation strategy and policy according to the market situation
Requirements
bachelor degree in Finance or related major
ability to communicate and coordinate, collaborate cross-departmentally
6+ years of experience in data/business development/sales operation/sales support, 3+ years of experience of management of sales operations team
strong learning ability: actively solve various issues encountered in operations
