Responsibility
- develop key relationships and sales opportunities across Tees Valley
- use a range of sales strategies to generate new business leads and promote the company to employers
- actively promote the company products and services within targets and timescales set by line manager
- to support work-based learners from recruitment to programme delivery by providing appropriate IAG
- to ensure full completion and compliance of all required documentation
- to respond to customer queries and concerns
- to complete and maintain accurate records
- to actively contribute to organisational targets
Requirements
- experience of Business Development and relationship management
- track record of effectively liaising with employers to promote work-based learning programmes to offer a training solution and meet contract values
- confidence in developing key sales leads, including cold calling, and participating in promotional activities and events
- proven ability to successfully negotiate and influence
- proven record of achieving challenging performance targets
- experience of completing detailed, robust, and compliant paperwork
- A clear understanding of Manufacturing, Warehousing/Storage, Logistics sectors within Teesside
- A high degree of motivation to succeed
