Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • maintaining the purchase ledger including matching, coding, and posting of all invoices
  • prepare aged debtor and creditor reports for review by the Group Accountant
  • preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • reconcile all bank accounts, petty cash, and company credit cards
  • raising invoices using POs and delivery notes and managing customer statements
  • daily and weekly reconciliation of customer receipts & supplier payments on SAGE Line 50
  • reconciling Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger/Nominal Ledger
  • ownership of the end-to-end supplier process including liaising with operations / sales director to ensure only valid invoices are processed in line with company processes
