- we are in the search for a dedicated inbound Telesales and Operations Analyst, with a customer service mindset that is looking for a long-term career in our organization
- self-motivated, sales driven individual with great communication skills – can demonstrate the ability to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity to increase new and existing business opportunities, promote services to prospects clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits and pushing our brand forward
- update and maintain the CRM database with customer details, notes and outcomes of visits
- take and process bookings in an accurate manner in our order management system
