assist the Project Managers with the administration and organization of Live Events
book services required to produce a Live event, such as transport, crew and hotels
sign off invoices and match up with Purchase Orders raised, and query the ones that do not
ensure that the Company’s Procedures for any bookings for any job or part of is being adhered to
raise and check authorization of equipment and service purchase requests raised by the department
liaise with the Warehouse and the Hire Manager re vehicle rentals and ensure maximum efficiency

Requirements
some experience in a related role
demonstrate strong administrative skills
A confident and friendly approach
administration: 1 year
able to work overtime as required
ability to communicate and consult effectively
ability to self-manage and self-motivate whilst working in a team
the successful candidate will ideally have some knowledge the events or hospitality industry, and be a highly motivated individual able to work on their own and as part of the team with a pro-active and determined approach
