  • diary management for contractors
  • liaising with clients, suppliers, branch staff, property management, and the accounts department
  • assist with the running of the maintenance team to ensure all jobs are carried out quickly and efficiently
  • liaising with the lettings team on new move ins
  • arranging Inspections, check outs and liaising with Landlords
  • taking tenants maintenance calls and producing Job sheets
