Responsibility
as the office receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our tenants
you will also be responsible for the office administration needs and ensure high levels of organisation within the office
to deliver high standards of customer service, ensuring that all our tenants are listened to and their concerns addressed
to initially handle any complaints and advise the tenants of the complaints process if needed
to ensure that all letters and emails are read and actioned within a reasonable time scale
to complete daily administrative tasks, including; scanning, ordering stationary and filing
meeting them as they come in and assessing their needs you will offer assistance where you can and arrange for specialist support from our team where needed
to be the first point of contact in the office. Ensuring that all visitors to the office are initially seen and assessed to determine what support they require and to deliver that support where you can
Requirements
to have experience in administration and or reception duties
to be solution focused and high standards of customer service ability
administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years
this role would be best suited to someone who has a solution focused approach to problem solving and who enjoys customer facing roles
