Responsibility
- an exciting opportunity has become available within the Unipart Logistics Security Department for an Assistant Security Team Leader to join our award winning in-house team in Nuneaton
- perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Group Security Management Team
- manage resource planning for the site escalating additional manning requirements as required
- collate and escalate all Health & Safety issues reported out of hours
- assisting the Security Manager with recruitment process
- be conversant with and ensure SOPs are adhered to
- collate and produce reports as necessary
- to collate reports and provide analysis of data from the site as and when required
Requirements
- A valid SIA license
- A 5-year checkable history
- previous Management/Supervisory experience
- supervising: 2 years
- security: 3 years
- security: 2 years
- supervising: 3 years
