Responsibility
processing orders, sample requests and returns in an accurate and timely manner in line with customer requirements
managing customers expectations in a proactive manner via telephone/email, ensuring accurately communicating important order/delivery information
building strong working relationships with potential, new and existing customers
maintaining and updating order records, monitoring forecast and stock levels against contract volumes and requirements
providing administrative support to Sales Team as required
working closely with our Scheduling Team to ensure a seamless flow from point of order to the delivery of goods to our customers
creating customer accounts and contracts on our Sage 200 order system in conjunction with Sales Managers, whilst also liaising closely with other external supply partners
Requirements
previous experience working in a demanding/fast-paced Customer Services Team
ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise workload
exceptional attention to detail, including accurate and precise data entry
excellent verbal and written communication skills
experience of Sage 200 order processing system
customer Service: 1 year
