Extremely toxic workplace. Management has no respect for employees and expects every task to be done instantly and perfectly, even if it’s your first time doing it. There is zero proper training or support. Many people quit after just a few hours because of the terrible atmosphere and the constant pressure. Long-term workers were refused any pay raise, while new welders were offered around £20 per hour — a complete insult to loyal staff. At one point, a co-worker almost physically attacked me on the shop floor. The director saw everything, but somehow I was blamed as the aggressor. Only after this incident did they install new CCTV cameras. Overall, the environment is unfair, disrespectful, and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy or professional workplace.
