- generate new leads and drive sales to increase revenue and market share

- develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base
- provide outstanding customer service and support to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- monitor market trends, competitor activity, industry developments and identify new opportunities

Requirements
- proven sales capability within the property management, estate Agent or similar markets advantageous
- bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field is not essential but preferred
- proven Sales experience, preferably in the property management sector
- A strong network of landlords and estate agents in the Midlands / Warwickshire area
