workshop manager

- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced and qualified mechanic to take over the Workshop Manager position in our busy in-house workshop
- the job is based at our Head Office on the industrial estate in Blidworth
- compliance with DVSA regulations and MOT schedules is essential as are good organisational skills and being computer literate
- hours of work are between 7.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings
- our Workshop team are responsible for the maintenance of a range of agricultural equipment including mowers, tractors, strimmers, chainsaws etc as well as servicing and maintaining over 30 vehicles in house, it can be a very busy and challenging environment as our range of plant is extensive
- company pension is available to those who qualify after successfully completing 3 months probation
- pay scale would depend upon experience and skill set
- A full clean driving license with towing capacity is essential as driving to breakdowns and towing are part of the role, welding experience is also preferable
