Responsibility
- this is a pivotal role, based within a Helpdesk environment and will be looking after many key accounts
- we are now looking for a full time Office Administrator to join our fast-paced dynamic Retail team in Hednesford, Staffordshire
- day to Day correspondence with our customers to ensure projects are landing on time

- work closely with customers to understand project importance and priorities to manage timelines accurately
- be the internal voice for our customers to ensure their brand requirements are fully understood
- managing workflows and updating clients on job progression and SLA delivery/failure
- ensuring project work is scheduled in-line with client expectations and clear communication throughout
- liaise with our Customer Brand teams to ensure we have the latest brand requirements for projects
- I am working with a Facilities Management company in Kenilworth. The company has a friendly, family feel, and the working environment is a relaxed culture
- answering calls from Engineers and Clients
- manage the artwork approval process for our customers through our online approval tool
- allocation of work to engineers
- develop the relationships with our customers through good communication via email and phone
- arranging materials for Engineers within Purchase Order limits
- ensure our project databases are fully updated to provide overview information to the customer and our management team
- ensuring job status and notes are correct and updated in the system
- quality check content on artworks to guidelines and briefs
- the position is a one-year contract to cover staff maternity leave, with the possibility of full-time employment after the one year has passed
- closing of completed work by updating job notes, checking engineer site times and sending job-sheets to the client
- support with improvement of workflows to ensure we maintain efficiency for our customers
- you will work alongside multiple departments to manage artwork projects for our customers, some of whom are major UK Retailers and FMCG companies
- ensuring that the material ordering requirements for Procurement are clear and concise
Requirements
- we are looking for an individual with excellent organisation skills
- any experience in account / project management would be beneficial
- strong organisational skills
