Education
- university degree or equivalent work experience
Requirements
- minimum 2-3 years of experience in events and/or project management
- preferable to have knowledge of the real estate industry and/or membership association experience e.g., in a membership organisation
- preferable candidate will have some marketing experience
- experience in working in an international environment
- understanding stakeholder engagement and organisational relationships and how to manage these most effectively to assist delivery
- able to develop plans, work and deliver through volunteers and in partnership with local teams ‘on the ground’
- confidence in sourcing and inviting speakers and being able to ‘sell’ the benefits of ULI membership for Young Leaders and NEXT
- able to write protocols, guidelines and create slide decks and other communications templates that align with ULI branding guidelines
Responsibility
- collaborate closely with Chief Development Officer and Member Networks EMEA, Executive Directors, YLG/NEXT Executive Committee and YLG/NEXT NC Chairs, local staff in specific regional strategies for seeking out new vehicles for membership and sponsorship
