Responsibility
- identifies customer needs and establishes appropriate solutions within the company products
- works with customers to determine their needs and suggests appropriate products or services to meet them
- provides information about UKM Print & Embroidery Ltd products and services to customers to improve their experiences
- follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their experience and to keep abreast of market changes
- manages customer accounts to ensure all accounts are satisfied
- provides feedback to management about customer interactions, results of surveys, etc
- other duties as assigned
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- ability to use computers in a desktop/recreational manner and apply math skills to problems
- knowledge of web browsers – specifically Internet Explorer and Edge , is required
