  • managing existing Customer accounts to achieve long-term success
  • providing timely and accurate forecasts
  • increase spends with existing Customers
  • arranging and attending visits with Customers
  • ensuring that monthly sales targets is met
  • locating new business/leads by cold-calling and managing proactive Sales – to include new business from existing Customers and new business/products via new Customers
  • reviewing Customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • support with monthly reports – to include a vast array of customer spends, quote conversion rates, reason for loss of quotes, etc
