- managing & reporting cash flow to senior management
- completing mid-month and monthly payment runs in accordance with the purchase ledger timetable
- maintaining team mailbox, dealing with customer and supplier queries when needed
- process, control and reconciliation of key financial accounts
- processing employee expenditure with job costing
- maintenance of Sage and Job Management System
- calculating and submitting employee overtime and amendments to accountants
- processing new credit applications for customers and maintaining customer records
Requirements
- accounting
- experience working in a similar accounting role
- experience with Finance Systems such as Sage Line 50
- strong IT proficiency
- highly organized with great attention to detail
- submitting monthly Pay As You Earn figures to accountants
- preparation of monthly management accounts
