Responsibility
- novum Structures is a leading specialist design, manufacturing, and installation company that provides integrated structural glass, steel, and ETFE solutions
- we are currently looking for an Estimator to join our team, in Diss, Norfolk
- you will be expected to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- you will work closely with the Pre-Con Estimating and Design teams to service tender enquiries and budget quotations which have been requested from main contractors, Cost Consultants and Architects
- working from architectural & structural drawings and specifications, you will assess material, labour and equipment required and analyse different quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers
- you will be required to produce quality written and informative submissions supported by internally produced design and engineering documents in a timely manner
- please note that this vacancy may close at any time if sufficient applications have been received
- you should be able to read architectural and structural drawings. Previous experience as an Estimator in the construction industry is essential, preferably within the façade sector
