  • format the files, add additional documentation and forward to clients
  • ensure the file is returned in a timely fashion
  • chase outstanding documentation
  • submit intact files to lenders
  • pro-actively engage with customers, solicitors and lenders etc to ensure funding occurs as required
  • forward completed files for review
  • answer incoming calls on a rota basis
