Responsibility

  • customer Solutions - to be the main point of contact for all inbound customer enquiries
  • system Management - to manage and maintain the company office telephony system and internal business management system
  • administration - to lead and ensure company administration across the business is completed in an effective and lean manner

  • finance - to be responsible for the finance management of all customer accounts including schools and parents
  • we are looking for someone to join our team to take the lead in managing the Customer Service and Administration across multiple territories in the Bucks & Beds region
  • you will be working within a fast pace environment and shall work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and the wider business to ensure our customer service and administration meets the needs of the business and is at the extremely high level it needs to be, and we pride ourselves on
  • HR - to assist and support with the onboarding of all new employees to the company

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years work experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role
  • full UK Driving Licence required as travel is involved in elements of the role
  • competent at compiling data, statistics, reports and spreadsheets
  • self-motivated and have a passion for meeting high standards
  • reliable with strong time management
  • fast worker and quick learner
  • strong organisational and decision making skills with the ability to prioritise
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
