- updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- preparing and amending where necessary HR documents such as employment contracts and recruitment guides
- taking part of reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- preparing reports
- communicating with external partners
- being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- responds to employment reference requests in a timely manner
Requirements
- previous experience in an HR support role preferred
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A degree or qualification in HR management would be an advantage but not essential
