Responsibility

  • woodland Grange, based in Leamington Spa is an award winning residential conference venue
  • we now have an exciting opportunity to join our professional and dedicated team on casual/flexible hours
  • we run a wide range of events on site, including professional and social events for our clients and also offer residential weekend stays for the leisure market
  • you will be responsible for ensuring our late guest are catered for as they may require room service
  • dealing with client requests, including the supply of furniture and equipment
  • assistance with room clearing: this can be anything from assisting the bar manager on busy occasions with clearing tables and re-arranging furniture, to clearing and re-arranging training rooms
  • taking deliveries, including the movement and correct storage
  • fire and crime prevention, including taking responsibility for checking delegate badges, room allocation and the role of Fire Warden in emergencies
