- mechanical repair and maintenance experience in a production environment
- ability to repair and demonstrate troubleshooting methods in a timely manner
- understanding, knowledge and experience with production/packagin machinery
- understanding of automated machinery and ability to work with HMI's
- must be able to perform routine maintenance and setup of machinery
- ability to read manuals, electronic diagrams, drawings and interpret a variety of instructions whether in written, oral or diagram form
- ability to service and perform maintenance on packagin machinery to a high standard
- PC literate

- preventative maintenance activities following a scheduled task list
- mechanical & electrical diagnostics and repairs
- customer management
- machine operation assistance
