  • emailing customers regarding additional costs incurred where applicable
  • data entry of purchases to Sage Line50
  • monthly budget/management accounts
  • ordering of office stationery/supplies when required
  • VAT returns on a quarterly basis
  • sage management accounts up to trial balance
  • bank reconciliations

Requirements

  • minimum 5 years advanced sage 50 useage
  • excellent telephone manner
  • minimum 5 years previous small/multi company bookkeeping skills
  • capable of priortising own workload and keeping to timely deadlines
  • bookkeeping: 5 years
