Requirements
- working on Fanuc and Siemens 820/828D, controlled machines
- to supervise a small machine shop in Milling, Turning, Finishing and QC
- to be hands on with the milling side running CNC machining centres
- to be able to programme using Siemens / Fanuc controls
- to have experience in CAM on the milling side
- to have the ability to work out nests for the components
- must have experience of CNC Milling / Setting / Operating / Programming and ability to supervise a small team to achieve optimum efficiency and meet monthly targets
- to manage process times, speeds, feeds, tooling and optimise
Responsibility
- to have input into job costings as required
- to have Input into sub-contract operations as required
