Responsibility

  • support in the administrative management of damage claims with internal and external stakeholders
  • financial management of the damage file, assist with the cash recovery for all the damages invoices issued
  • ensure proper administrative handling of damage files in compliance with Service Level Agreements and the Transport Quality Manual
  • location: Bristol
  • provide clear, concise and accurate information to our customers, business partners and internal customers
  • hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
  • working within the newly formed business unit as a result of a major contract award Groupe CAT is recruiting a Claims Analyst to manage the process for new vehicle storage and transit claims
  • supporting Logistics Providers and Dealers in the damages process, monitor disputes, transactions and mediation litigation
