Responsibility
- manage the preparation of UKFT trial and camp events including venues, transport, hotels, equipment, scout attendance and recruitment
- post trial/camp follow up including player decisions, scout administration, payments tracking and follow up of success stories
- be in charge of the “South team” on the day effective delivery of trial events including customer service, event experience, delivery of talks, good conduct of scouts / coaches and accurate administration
- management of the UK Football Trials inbox, dealing with customer queries and liaising with the Bookings Manager on sales opportunities and Content Manager on success stories
- scope to bring new ideas to the business, looking to form new partnerships, improve processes and work on new approved projects
