Responsibility

  • deliver dynamic general English lessons as instructed by the academic lead
  • follow the scheme of work set by the academic lead
  • carry out all administrative duties such as register, hand-over sheet, and report any absentees to the group leader/academic lead
  • complete an individual learner plan at the beginning of the course
  • you will deliver up to 20 hours of teaching per week
  • administer progress tests and mark them on a regular basis
  • establish a positive learning environment and rapport with all learners, ensuring that they feel supported throughout their learning journey
  • liaise with the group leader about any students’ issues
