Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- drive production to maximise efficiency, minimise cost safely and to defined quality
- ensure team members are trained to do the expected tasks
- ensure the process and sign-off documentation is completed
- leading a team of technicians, process Setter and Operators to achieve targets
- using the live Barco machine monitoring, respond and resolve the causes of down time, quality issues and scrap
- help plan staffing levels and control holidays
- collaborate with Engineering, Quality, H & S, to deliver production efficiency
- work as close as possible to the production plan and priorities
Requirements
- good knowledge of Manufacturing, ideally from the Plastics industry
- your ability to make informed decisions used in improving output and OEE
- safety and Quality responsibilities
- strong people management skills with coaching
- excellent organisational skills
