Responsibility
- manage the social media presence, with the aim of reaching an increasingly broad audience
- administer the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high quality social media content
- keep up to date with digital trends to ensure that AAUK maximises its digital reach and engagement to a diverse audience
- create and edit digital designs for use on web, social media and email platforms
- support the Communications and Marketing Manager to review, develop and update the Air Ambulances UK website
- support on the development of the Air Ambulances UK members portal
- lead on all digital communications, creating, monitoring, and evaluating content across several channels
- develop and build AAUK’s digital profile, specifically focusing on its national role within the air ambulance sector
Requirements
- relevant experience in a digital marketing role
- experience in a charity or membership organisation
- experience of developing and deliver engaging and impactful campaigns across a variety of channels
- experience of managing a busy workload and being able to prioritise tasks accordingly
- experience of CRM systems
- ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- excellent written and communications skills
- demonstrable experience of managing an organisation’s social media activity
