oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment
conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards
clean Airbnb properties
maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and restock when necessary
any larger maintenance needs or safety issues will be reported to the management and maintenance team for further action
we’re looking for someone with the highest standards in cleanliness, customer service, and commitment to creating a welcoming environment, both before guests’ arrival and throughout their stay

Requirements

proven experience in a housekeeping role within the hotel or hospitality industry is essential
excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are required

ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on guest satisfaction is essential
familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is advantageous
