Responsibility
- rent & deposit arrangements, inventory check in & out, tenants’ issues, and dealing with all related matters
- electric, gas, water, waste, etc. contract arrangements, and follow up of daily requirements
- dealing with the sale, rent, mortgaging, help to buy, advertising, and other before & after sales requirements of the company owned properties
- organizing the required actions for, including but not limited to; electrical & gas, drainage & sewage, security, fire alarm, plumbing, air conditioning & heating & ventilation, fridge & freezer, roof, landscaping, carpentry, telephone, internet, racking & shelving, and lift works
Requirements
- min 3 years Facilities Management experience
- communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- decision-making
- the ability to lead and manage teams and projects
- attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture
- customer service
- organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
