Responsibility
- tyresure has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Whetstone, Leicestershire
- manage and coordinate incoming sales and customer enquiries over the phone or by email
- take and process customer orders and payments, raise quotes and invoices, administer sales paperwork, and update customer records
- tyresure is a joint-venture of Hamaton Automotive Technology Co., a global leader in the automotive sector, specialising in the manufacture of advanced TPMS solutions and traditional tyre valves based in China, with it's European headquarters based in Leicestershire
- providing customers with the product and technical information needed to make the right purchases
- responding to complaints from customers and offering after-sales support
- creating, review and store sales reports
- check stock and liaise with the Warehouse team for re-ordering and supply
Requirements
- self-motivated, self-disciplined with strong time management skills
- experience in business administration or experience in another transferable field
- strong organisation and analytical skills
- A proven track record of business development success
- the ability to problem-solve and work under your own initiative
- experience with Import and Export order documentation and processing
- A confident, friendly telephone manner
- A second European language would be beneficial
