Responsibility

  • sourcing trims from Far East and arrange the samples accordingly from the factories
  • building up your product range and managing the sample library
  • maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers
  • negotiate price, delivery and terms
  • placing the orders overseas and make sure the timely delivery
  • maintaining records regularly and updating the database to ensure all quotes, artwork and actions are recorded
  • highly organised with the ability to plan ahead as well as have a flexible approach and be able to be reactive
  • managing samples to ensure correct labelling and accessible to other member staff for reference
